Catherine is a researcher and software developer specialized in game development, computer vision and medical imaging, with a strong focus on practical applications. She is currently leading the VR Therapy team at NRC, where she studies the convergence of gaming technology, virtual reality and cognitive and mental health. She is also passionate about diversity in STEM, and has been volunteering for two decades with young women and minorities.
